You can’t make fruit brandy in humid conditions. At the new Dampfwerk Distillery, as they set up new equipment, the humidity levels in the warehouse were so high the floors remained wet 24 hours after cleaning. These were not ideal conditions for producing brandy.
By installing Zoo Fans, the temperature and humidity are now regulated. The controller is based on a Zoo Fan Algorithm that uses two sensors as the range and ramps the fans up and down as it ‘sees’ the differentials change. The controller in the space will offer the occupants an override ability to manipulate the fans for a preset period of time prior to it reverting back to its ‘automatic’ function and operation. Now that the air has been regulated, brandy production can begin.
